Popular Nigerian singer and Executive Assistant on Entertainment to the Governor of Delta State, Harrysong, has commended Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, for what he described as remarkable achievements in infrastructure development and people-oriented governance across the state.
Harrysong, who has continued to serve as one of the administration’s ambassadors in the creative sector, said the governor’s projects and policies have brought governance closer to the grassroots and improved the quality of life of many residents across Delta State.
According to the singer, the administration has demonstrated a clear commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy through visible projects that are impacting communities in both urban and rural areas.
Speaking on the governor’s performance, Harrysong said Delta residents can easily point to projects that have changed the face of their communities, particularly in roads, public facilities, healthcare, and education.
“Governor Oborevwori has shown through action that governance is about touching lives. Across Delta State today, people can see and feel the impact of his administration through the various projects that are being executed and completed,” he said.
The entertainer particularly highlighted the ongoing improvements in the state’s healthcare sector, noting that the refurbishment and upgrading of public healthcare centres have expanded access to quality medical services for residents.
“One of the things that impresses me most is the attention being given to healthcare. Many public healthcare facilities that were once in need of serious intervention have been upgraded, making quality healthcare more accessible to our people,” Harrysong stated.

He also praised the administration’s efforts in the education sector, saying the renovation and upgrading of public schools have created a more conducive learning environment for students and teachers across the state.
According to him, investments in education are laying the foundation for Delta State’s future development by equipping young people with better opportunities to succeed.
Harrysong further commended the governor for the rehabilitation of the iconic Warri City Stadium, describing the project as a major boost for sports development and youth engagement in the state.
“The work being done at the Warri Stadium is commendable. Sports remain a powerful tool for youth development, and restoring such an important facility shows that this administration is thinking about the future of our young people,” he said.
The singer also acknowledged Governor Oborevwori’s support for arts, culture, tourism, and entertainment, noting that several festivals and cultural events have continued to thrive under the administration.
He said the governor’s backing has helped position Delta State as a leading destination for cultural expression and creative enterprise.
“As someone who works closely with the entertainment and creative community, I can confidently say that Governor Oborevwori has been a strong supporter of arts, culture, and entertainment.
