Nze Mekam K. Mgbenwelu has been appointed Spokesperson for the SamJones 2023 Campaign in Imo State.
Prior to this appointment, Mgbenwelu was the Director ICT for the SamJones 2023 Campaign Council.
A former Commissioner for Technology Development under the previous PDP government, Nze Mekam has extensive public and private sector experience having worked for Presidency as a Consultant and a pioneer staff of Microsoft Nigeria.
A seasoned ICT & Development Expert, Nze Mekam attended St. Finbarrs College, Akoka, Lagos and holds degrees from University of Westminster, City University and University of Greenwich in the UK. He has also attended Executive programmes with the Pan African University, Nigeria and Open University UK.
An avid sportsman, Nze Mekam is married with children.
