“the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State is troubled over the filthy state of the state secretariat and the offices therein and has consequently taken charge of supervising environmental cleanliness in all the ministries in the state.

Daily Sun›s investigation showed that surroundings of many ministries and some other parts of the state capital, have in recent times remained dirty. They posed health hazards to workers and residents. This prompted Governor Francis Nwifuru to direct the party to take over the cleanliness of the state secretariat complex.

So far, the party has written to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Professor Grace Umezuruike informing her of the governor›s directive.
