Nigeria international goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali could be edging closer to securing his next club, with strong indications that a move to Saudi Arabia is gathering momentum, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Super Eagles shot-stopper has been without a club since parting ways with Chippa United earlier this year, but his impressive performances for both club and country have continued to attract interest from several leagues.

While clubs from different markets have monitored the 29-year-old’s situation, sources indicate that a switch to Saudi Arabia is now the most likely destination for the experienced goalkeeper.

Nwabali has enhanced his reputation with a series of outstanding displays for Nigeria, establishing himself as one of the country’s first-choice goalkeepers.

His performances have made him a sought-after figure in the transfer market despite his current free-agent status.

Although no official agreement has been announced, negotiations are believed to be progressing positively, with a move to the Saudi Pro League expected to materialise in the coming weeks if discussions are successfully concluded.
