Operatives of the Kano State Police Command have arrested a notorious robbery suspect troubling the state.
The suspect, Abba Aliyu, popularly known as ‘Abba Fiya’, 26 ,has since confessed to conducting several armed robberies and rivalry Daba fights in Gobirawa Gangare, Dala, Tudun Fulani Mayanka Quarters, Kano .

Kano State Police Public Relations Officer(PPRO)Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, Tuesday said he further confessed to a series of armed robberies resulting in deaths, causing injuries and robbing properties in Kano, Rivers, and Lagos states.
According to the police, investigation was in progress, adding that the case would be charged to court soon .
“The CP appreciates the police officers for the notable arrest made and calls on the public to continue to cooperate with the Police and report any suspicious movement or suspicious activity to the nearest police station.
