Nollywood actress, Dr. Jaiye Kuti, has ventured into real estate business while charging Nigerian youths to follow suit in her quest to achieve a viable path to financial freedom.
The celebrated actress, writer and CEO OF Jaylex Aesthetic Productions, stated this during the official launch of her real estate outfit, TerraHive Properties Limited.

Having ventured into the business with substantial hectares of land in Mowe, Ogun State and other strategic location across Nigeria, the actress oriented Nigerian youths to follow similar path by enlarging their scope and sources of income.
In her words: “This marks a significant milestone in my career, marrying my passion for real estate with my enduring dedication to the arts is a wake up call for Nigerian youths who derived pleasure settling for single source of income.”
“My outfit is set to redefine the landscape of real estate in Nigeria, with a focus on land sales for residential, commercial, and luxury estates. Presently, the company proudly holds substantial hectares of prime land in Mowe and several strategic locations across Nigeria. With an eye towards the future, I aspires to expand the firm’s footprint across Africa, becoming a pan-African powerhouse in the real estate sector.”
“Despite this new venture into the world of real estate, I remain committed to my acting career for it’s my first love and I am not stepping away from it,” she affirmed.
The actress turned Investor, disclosed her new path will enable her take on more acting roles and embrace more strategic projects that will influence and enhance the film industry.
“My involvement in real estate will provide me the flexibility and resources needed to select roles that not only entertain but also contribute positively to the cultural narrative and industry development. Through my dual endeavors, I aimed to support and uplift the arts, promoting growth and innovation both on and off the screen,” she assured.
