Nollywood actor, Mina Horsfall, urges women inclusion in Rivers’ politics

Nollywood actor, humanitarian and activist, Mina Horsfall has called for women inclusion in the forthcoming Local Government and House of Assembly elections in Rivers State.

In an appeal to Governor Siminalayi Fubara, the ex-beauty queen said her call for women inclusion is necessitated by the need to restore peace to Rivers State.

The Lagos State University alumni and National Coordinator of United Nigerians for PDP (UN4PDP) said women are peaceful beings, good managers and drivers of development in the family and community, hence the need for the governor to build development partners in women, to occupy key positions in government.

Horsfall, a Mental Health Ambassador and key player of the Simplified Movement FCT and Diaspora, expressed gratitude to God, and to Chief of Staff to the governor, Rt. Hon Edison Ehie, as well as the Deputy Governor for always standing by Fubara towards restructuring, and restoring peace and progress to the state.
