He said Felix has not only made himself proud but Nigeria and the African continent.
Receiving the award, Dr Felix said it was a great honour to have received the certificate signed by the President of the United States of America, President Joe Biden.
He said the award came to him as a huge surprise because he felt he was only doing his job, which is to put smiles on the faces of the people.

‘It is undeniably a great honour to be recognised by the president of the United States of America and have an award and certificate signed by him.
‘I have dedicated myself to be a solution to problems in any society I find myself. This is the driving force behind my every attempt to serve and make things better for humanity.
‘Even here in Nigeria, my birth country, I look out for opportunities to be of service and a blessing to my people. There are many things we have done and still do to impact and better the lives of our people.
‘The weight of this honour and recognition here in the US has strengthened my resolve to bring my wealth of experience to bear anytime I am given the opportunity to serve in Nigeria and anywhere else I find myself. My life is all about service to God and mankind. I count myself blessed to receive this great honour,’ Felix said.
Felix, who was the youngest among all the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirants in the 2023 general elections and an executive member of the presidential campaign council, pointed out that the award will always be a moral booster for him to always contribute his quota to the wellbeing of humanity.
