Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Valentine Oluwaseyi Buraimoh has pledged total support of the people of his council area for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election, assuring that that they would vote massively for the former Lagos governor.

He made the pledge on Saturday at the Police College, Ikeja, venue of the Eko Youth Walk for Tinubu Shettima, where the youths trooped out in their thousands to reiterate their unalloyed support for the APC candidate.

Buraimoh described the massive turnout as an indication of the youths’ preparedness to vote for Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election.

“I am here with our appreciative youth, who are out to show their preference for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. As you can see, the turnout is impressive and peaceful. It’s an indication of acceptance and readiness to vote for Asiwaju.

“Let me promise on behalf of the people of Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area, especially the youths, that Asiwaju will get massive votes from us. We have seen what he did when he was governor – the massive employment opportunities created for the youths through the Lagos State Transport Management Authority (LASTMA), Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), and the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) among others. Infrastructure got a massive boost under him and he laid the foundation for a prosperous Lagos, which his successors have built upon and are still building upon.

So, if given the opportunity in 2023, I am confident that he will turn around the fortunes of the country,” he stated

The Council boss equally reiterated that among all the presidential candidates, Asiwaju remained the most qualified for the exalted seat.
