Ngwo Football Club made history on Monday December 16, by winning the BỌỌLỤ OGBE Season 5 Bet9ja Cup for the second time with a dramatic 10-9 penalty shootout victory over New Haven FC.

The match held at the Nnamdi Azikwe stadium Enugu ended goalless after regulation time, setting the stage for an unforgettable shootout that captivated fans from start to finish.

After a tense shootout, Ngwo FC kept their composure, securing the win in a nerve-wracking finale. The victory marked a historic achievement for Ngwo FC, as they became the first team in the competition’s history to win the BỌỌLỤ OGBE Cup twice.

The Local Government Chairman of Enugu North, Dr. Ibenaku Onoh, had the honor of handing over the trophy to the winning team while the General Overseer of The Family Breakthrough Ministry Worldwide, Prophet Dennis Chizoba Nwosu, also attended the event, along with music sensation Kolaboy.
