Ndidi Nwuneli is a classical case of beauty and brain. Pretty Ndidi is one social entrepreneur with experience spanning over 20 years in International development and business management. Ndidi is the founder of LEAP Africa with over 25 years of international development experience and a globally recognised serial entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and consultant.
Through her work in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Ndidi has led the design and execution of high-impact initiatives focused on policy, strategy, organisational design, ecosystem solutions, and growth. This has earned her numerous recognitions and invitations to boards of several companies and organisations. At the last count, Ndidi serves on the boards of numerous local and international organisations, including Nestle Nigeria Plc, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Cornerstone Insurance Plc, AACE Foods and Royal DSM’s Sustainability Board. She has also received major continental and global awards, including Alumni Achievement Award from Harvard Business School (2021), Forbes 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa (2011), and Forbes: 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa (2011). Early this week, Stanbic IBTC appointed the cerebral daughter-in-law to Igwe Prof. Onuora Nwuneli, the traditional ruler of Igbakwu in Ayamelum Local Government Area, Anambra State as the new Director of the mid-tier financial institution.
