NCS Zone B NCS Coordinator urges officers to adopt strategies to stay alive first

The Zonal Coordinator of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Zone B, ACG Nsikan Patrick Umoh, has told officers working in Kebbi Area Command to be alive first in the duties and work for the greatness of Nigeria.
Umoh stated this during her visit to Kebbi Area Command of Nigeria Customs Service, Birnin where she interacted with officers of the command as part of her routine visit.
She told them to be disciplined, adopt professionalism while on duty and must be caution of the life threatening terrains in order to stay alive.i
“This is one of the routine visit to Kebbi command which is under my jurisdiction. Again,we are trying to evaluate whether actions and activities that have been going on as reported by the Comptroller of Kebbi State.
“We do this periodically to understand the challenges within the command and also to proffer solutions and upgrading the system.
“So, since I came around, I will your few borders within to know what should be done and also ask the Area Comptroller what we can do to make his jobs more easier”.
She said,the most beneficiaries important thing was for her to encourage the officers to stay alive while on duty.
“The most important thing is to also encourage the Customs Officers within this security challenges in their terrain of this banditry, life threatening situation to take care of themselves first. They should be alive first, work according to the professional guide,so that we call all work successfully for our dear country club, Nigeria”.
She commended the Kebbi Area Command, Comptroller Mahmoud Matawalle Ibrahim, for doing a great job in his command.
She however addressed officers where she told them to always be disciplined and be professional on duties.
