The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in collaboration with BOSS A1 Global Limited, has successfully concluded a five-day training on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for 50 beneficiaries in Yaba Local Government Area of Lagos State.
The training, held from July 6 to 10 was designed to equip young Nigerians with practical digital skills needed to thrive in the data-driven economy and to deepen Nigerian content capacity in the technology and business sectors.
Participants were taken through modules on data collection and cleaning, data visualisation, business intelligence tools, dashboard development and the application of analytics for decision-making in business and industry.
The programme combined classroom sessions with hands-on exercises to ensure beneficiaries gained job-ready competencies.
The BOSS A1 chief executive officer, Nkenchor Kingsley commended the participants for their commitment throughout the training and expressed optimism that the skills acquired would give them access to opportunities in tech, finance, oil and gas and other sectors.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the NCDMB and BOSS A1 for the opportunity, describing the training as timely and impactful.
The partnership is part of the ongoing efforts to build a skilled Nigerian workforce capable of competing globally and contributing to national economic development.
