Nancy Nathan has been appointed Acting Head of Service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), succeeding the late Grace Adayilo, who passed away last week Monday.

Nathan’s appointment, takes immediate effect, according to a statement issued by Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to FCT Minister, Lere Olayinka.

She is to act in this capacity pending the selection of a substantive Head of Service.
Prior to this new role, Nathan served as the Permanent Secretary at the Youth Development Secretariat of the FCTA. She also previously held the position of Director of Finance and Administration in the office of Minister of the FCT.
This leadership change comes as the FCTA mourns the loss of Adayilo, with Nathan stepping in to maintain continuity in the administration.
