Nigerian real estate entrepreneur, Austin Ugochukwu Albert, has become the first Nigerian to receive the second-highest global sales ranking award from Dubai-based property developer, Binghatti Properties, in a recognition his company, Loft & Keys Properties, describes as a major milestone in its international real estate journey.

Albert received the recognition on behalf of Loft & Keys Properties, a real estate and global mobility firm operating in an increasingly competitive international property market.

The achievement highlights the company’s performance in Dubai’s real estate sector, which continues to attract investors from different parts of the world through its residential, commercial and luxury property offerings.

Reacting to the recognition, Albert expressed gratitude to God, describing the award as the outcome of considerable effort and challenges encountered in the course of doing business.

“You may not understand how many battles we’ve had to fight to win this recognition by one of Dubai’s biggest and best real estate developers, Binghatti Properties. God is truly great,” he said.

For Albert, the award represents a significant moment in his entrepreneurial journey and a milestone for Loft & Keys Properties as it continues to pursue opportunities in the international property market.

Dubai has established itself as a prominent destination for global real estate investment, attracting buyers and investors seeking residential properties, luxury developments and opportunities for portfolio diversification. The competitive nature of the market places considerable demands on real estate firms seeking to build credibility, establish relationships with developers and connect investors with suitable properties.

Loft & Keys Properties operates across real estate and global mobility, reflecting the growing intersection between international property investment and cross-border relocation opportunities.

The recognition by Binghatti Properties also draws attention to the participation of Nigerian entrepreneurs in international markets, where businesses compete for sales, partnerships and recognition from established industry players.

As Nigerian businesses continue to explore opportunities beyond the domestic market, Albert’s reported achievement represents a notable development for his company and its activities in Dubai’s property sector.
