The National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS) has announced plans to hold its first national leadership summit aimed at harnessing student leadership for nation building.
In a statement issued over the weekend by the Office of the National Vice President II, Comrade Gbolahan Lawal, NAOSS said the summit, themed, “The Future of Governance Begins on Campus: Harnessing Student Leadership for Nation Building”, is designed as a platform for Ogun State students to engage in strategy, governance and leadership development.
According to the association, the summit seeks to move student engagement beyond rhetoric and create “a room where student voices become national decisions” and where “the next generation of Ogun leaders are forged.”
NAOSS described the event as “not a meeting” but “a movement” under the banner of “Team Reinvention” from the Office of the National Vice President II.
