The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited Subomi and Wahab, two sons of billionaire industrialist, Chief Razaq Okoya for questioning over alleged naira abuse.

The invitation followed a viral video which shows the duo appearing to throw naira notes into the air last week.

The EFCC asked the duo to report to the Head, Special Operations Team at the 15A Awolowo Road, Lagos State office of the commission by 10am on Monday, January 13, 2025.

The invitation was signed by EFCC’s Acting Head of Lagos Directorate, Michael Wetkas.

Daily Sun reported that the Nigeria Police Force has detained a police officer shown in the viral video appearing to hold the cash for the duo.
