NACCIMA Export Group to showcase ‘Made in Nigeria’ products in Abidjan

The National Association of Chambers of  Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, Export Group( NACCIMA-Export Group), has taken another step further to give ‘Made in Nigeria’ products relevance in the international market. 

In a statement, the chairman of the Group, Kola Awe, stated that the effort is in line with NACCIMA’s determination to open up international markets for its members to explore. Awe stated that the event slated for March 27-30 will open new vistas and frontiers for members to maximise their potential. 

“The selection process for Odunde Festival 2019 and ‘Made in Nigeria’ exhibition is geared towards promoting non oil sector products of Nigeria like; industrial products, Agricultural products, Solid minerals, manufacturing and services”.

Similarly, the second edition of ‘Made in Nigeria’ Exhibition (Mine) Products holds from June 1-10 in Philadelphia US, aimed to simulate and promote commerce and Industry. 

“All these programmes are designed for us to participate and gain a whole lot like, technical -know-how, business strategies and solutions, networking and connections” he added. 

Consequently, he tasked the in coming Muhammadu Buhari administration to give commerce and industry top priority in its plans and policies as the country strives to recover from economic comatose. 

“This administration must recognise the impact of NACCIMA and take stronger actions to ensure that its members have a friendly business environment to operate in and that this can be done through friendly policies and programme that would boost domestic production especially in the non oil sector,” he stressed.
