Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro has described his players as “extraordinary” to celebrate their passage to the semifinal of the 2023 AFCON.
The coach said the Super Eagles deserved their 1-0 win over Angola in the quarterfinal at the weekend.
He said the focus is now to reach the championship game on Sunday, February 11, in Abidjan.
“Our players were once again extraordinary. Many congratulations. We are in the semi-finals. Keep our feet on the ground, stay focused to conquer our place in the final,” Peseiro posted on X.
