Of a truth we are living in an age where many theologians and rationalistic preachers believe that the phenomenon of the miraculous was culminated at the end of the apostolic era. This false preaching as impelled by the prince of darkness has led to the propagation and revelation of negative preaching in some Churches today. Nevertheless the Church must be saved.
Any miracle done outside the auspices of the Holy Spirit is a manipulation designed to sway the receiver into bondage. A miracle can take place under the leadership of God’s immutable and authentic word.
You need to know that when the so called prophet consults an esoteric master for power as we have seen in this part, every solution ministered on people from him becomes demonic. One could as well be initiated into occultism through following such a prophet without one’s knowledge.
Be informed that most of them use olive oil dedicated and mixed with some demonic things. In fact, I know a “Big man of God” and an author of many good books who also visited one of the agents of Satan for power. He {the evil agent} gave him some materials mixed with many things. Whenever this man goes out for programs he uses the material on people and anyone who receives the anointing becomes initiated without his or her knowledge. O people of God, be watchful for the tricks of the enemy are so much. Beware of who anoints you because you can be contaminated by same and your condition will be worse.
The devil knows that the highest wealth you have is your soul that is why he has devised many means to sway people’s souls into bondage. Make no mistake about this; a demonic source may appear as a means of solving human problems. You may have a problem and one of the people who have gotten power through Satanic means ministers prayers on you, you may receive solution to your problem but the same problem will manifest into another problem which may finally destroy you. This is no joke. Demonic miracle is nothing but a magic. Their miracles are not permanent hence it is not of God. They can preach, make the blind to see through occult powers and perform all kinds of miracle but at the end Jesus will say unto them “I never knew you, depart from me, ye that work iniquity”. This is the outcome of demonic miracles.
“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him. Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein in thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” Col.2:6-8.
It is possible as it is commonly said that one can fall from grace to grass, from light to darkness, from truth to falsehood, from faith to doubt, and from Church to occultism? Many shepherds have departed from the way of truth and have followed the way of darkness. The spirit of truth will give way the moment you begin to invite the spirit of falsehood. The experience of Adam, the fallen spiritual image of God in the great Garden of Eden is enough to teach the earthmen that one could be deceived sincerely. God always wants man to abide by the truth and in the service of Him-The Almighty; but man wants a shorter cut. In view of following his shorter cut, he becomes swayed into bondage and locked within the bar of demonism.
Majority have been deceived by some agents of darkness by keeping bad companies. Many men and women of God do read occult books and enjoy the philosophies propounded by fallen spirits. Now be informed that at any time you as a man of God are reading any occult book, you are directly linking yourself to demons and without much ado they will come to move you into satanic bondage.
There was a man of God who was active in the service of His God. But at a particular time the devil and his forces desired him, they sent many satanic waves to him, but by his fervent prayer, he was able to banish away those evil waves. An agent of darkness visited him and gave him an occult book talking about the “Partnership of Trinity”.
This man of God read the book with keen interest, thereafter, he started practicing the principles in the book which led to his possession thus he requested for more of such books. They offered them to him. Within a little period, he began following them to listen to talks. At his initial attempt he enjoyed the whole philosophical and metaphysics lectures finally he was initiated. The cult promised him many material things with only one condition, that is, if he would leave the service of God. When the poor earthly shepherd felt that all they promised is what he cannot get while serving God {This is a satanic thought] he left the service of God and became a member of the said secret cult. Till today he is with them and has forsaken God because of wealth. This is happening from time to time. The Bible observes: “For what is a man advantaged, if he gains the whole world, and loose himself, or be cast away?” Luke 9:25. Dear earthly shepherds what will you see and forsake your great creator?
