Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), MMIRIOMA FOUNDATION, which officially launched 2022 Maiden Edition of IHIALA LG MATHEMATICS AND IGBO QUIZ COMPETITION for Secondary Schools on Jan 1st, 2022 have concluded all arrangements to hold the Quiz Competition on Saturday, February 19th, 2022 at Ihiala LG COUNCIL HALL.
Speaking to newsmen at the official launch of the Maiden Edition of MMIRIOMA FOUNDATION MATHEMATICS AND IGBO QUIZ COMPETITION FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN IHIALA LG led by Rt Hon Pascal Agbodike PhD (The Deputy Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly) the Founder and Chairman of the NGO recalled that Educational Empowerment has been a bedrock of his previous projects in his constituency and the state in general.
Further explaining why Youths and Children require this kind of support, the Founder narrated that the importance of Education in the Society cannot be over emphasized hence the need to incorporate it fully in his yearly programs for his constituents.
The choice of Igbo language and Mathematics is for continuous promotion of the Cultural Heritage of our people as well as the Mathematical Solving Skills and interpersonal relationships amongst students.
In conclusion, The Chairman MMIRIOMA FOUNDATION applauded the The BEST BRAIN CONTEST Team of Quiz Experts led by Frank Igbojindu (Akpoazaa) on their last Educational Competition Program in the state (Anambra State Mathematics and Igbo Quiz Competition) held in December 2021 and urged them to demonstrate the same professionalism in discharging their duties as they become the official partner and organizers.
According to the BEST BRAIN CONTEST TEAM OF QUIZ EXPERTS who are the Organizers of MMIRIOMA FOUNDATION QUIZ COMPETITION, The date for the Quiz Competition is slated for Saturday, February 19th, 2022 at IHIALA LG COUNCIL HALL and every necessary arrangements are in place. The participating schools from the four zones (OKIJA, IHIALA, ULI/AMORKA and EBONESI) that made up Ihiala LG have been notified and participatory confirmations received.
The Best Brain Contest Team Head, Frank Igbojindu (Chairman Akpoazaa Group) appreciated the Sponsor of the Ihiala LG Mathematics and Igbo Quiz Competition, Rt Hon Pascal Agbodike PhD (Deputy Speaker Anambra State House of Assembly) who is the Chairman MMIRIOMA FOUNDATION, stating that the Quiz Competition being the first of its kind in the LG will empower the winners, participants and subject teachers with Cash Reward, Scholarships and other Consolation Prizes. And this is indeed dividend of democracy taken home to the grassroots.
