Super Eagles star, Samuel Chukwueze has been excused from AC Milan’s name 23-man squad for Roma friendly in Australia.
He was excused alongside USA star, Christian Pulisic, Rapheal Leao and Antonio.
AC Milan will travel to Australia this week ahead of the friendly against AS Roma, and the club has announced the squad that will travel for the fixture.
Though the season technically finished on Saturday, there is still one final game to play for the Milan squad, as the team travels to Perth for the clash against the Giallorossi.
It comes at a time when footballers are being asked to play more than ever, and even if there is a certain luxury attached to being an elite-level player, this is certainly one of the drawbacks.
Regardless of this, though, the players have been selected to travel and will do so today, allowing the squad to be in the best possible condition for Friday’s challenge.
