Hip-hop veteran Jude Abaga, better known as M.I., has identified his greatest Nigerian rapper of all time.
In a recent episode of the Hip-hop To Afrobeats podcast, the One Naira crooner named veteran rapper Mode 9 as the best Nigerian rapper of all time.
He added that Mode 9 will always be the most respected Nigerian rapper of all time since he influenced so many other rappers.

“Mode 9 is always gonna be the most respected Nigerian rapper of all time because he is a rapper that when you found him, you didn’t need to visit anybody else to improve your craft,” he said.
M.I praised Mode 9’s commitment to his craft and his contribution to Nigerian rap music, declaring that he is a “legend.”
He emphasised that Mode 9’s style is unique and artistically impressive.
