Media entrepreneur and public strategist Adebola Williams marked his 40th birthday with a special Iftar prayer gathering in Lagos, convening leaders across business, media and the creative industries for an evening defined by reflection, unity and gratitude.

The event is part of his year-long milestone celebration, “The Year I Turn 40,” and continues a personal tradition he has sustained for 11 years, hosting Iftar during Ramadan as a space for fellowship with friends and colleagues of the Muslim faith.

This year’s gathering was held in partnership with Knorr, whose support helped assemble a diverse mix of professionals and creatives for the shared experience.

Notable attendees included actors Femi Adebayo and Lateef Adedimeji, alongside executives such as Muhammed Lawan, Adedayo Amzat and Jasmine Tukur.

The evening blended prayers, quiet reflection and shared meals, reinforcing themes of service and community.

“For over a decade, this has been a sacred space of reflection and fellowship with friends and brothers and sisters in faith. Turning 40 gave the moment even deeper meaning,” Williams said.
