All is set for the annual general meeting (AGM) of Musical Copyright Society of Nigeria (MCSN) in Lagos today.
Listed on the agenda is election into the board (general council) of the society, receipt and consideration of the chairman’s report of events and developments as at December 2021.
The meeting will also receive and approve the financial reports, auditors’ reports and directors’ reports for 2021.
According to MCSN Chief Executive Officer, Mayo Ayilaran, everything has been put in place to make the AGM successful.
He said the elections into the board of the society have become necessary because of the need to make it more representative of the various genres of music in the country.
