Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has approved appointment of 13 persons into boards and other government establishments in the state.
Secretary to the State Government Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, who announced the appointments in a statement said that it takes immediate effect.
The appointees include Prof. Bethrand Ngwu, Chief Medical Director, ESUT Teaching Hospital, Parkane; Uche Anya, Executive Chairman, Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority; Laurence Ani, Executive Secretary, Council for Arts and Culture.
Others are; Nnanyelugo Onyishi, Executive Secretary, Enugu State Economic Planning Commission; Dr. Sam Ogbu-Nwobodo, General Manager, Enugu State Investment Development Authority and Gerald Asogwa, General Manager, Enugu State Housing Development Authority.
Also, Dr. G.O.C. Ajah, was appointed Chairman, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), Dr. Amaka Ngene, was appointed as Member 1, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), while Dr. Hyginus Bankho was appointed Member 2, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB).
Others are Nwakaego Aja, Member 3, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), Emmanuel Nnamani, Chairman, Board of Internal Revenue; Rita Mbah, Chairman, Enugu State Tourism Board, while Amobi Paulinus Ezeaku was appointed General Manager, Rangers International Football Club
