Masters Energy Group has strengthened its entry into Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, following the successful market activation of its newly launched products, Masters Seasoning and Lavix Soap, at the popular Cemetery Market in Aba, Abia State. The activation exercise attracted traders, distributors, retailers and consumers who participated in product demonstrations and interactive sessions aimed at introducing the brands to the market and obtaining consumer feedback.

Participants at the event expressed satisfaction with the products, particularly highlighting their quality, affordability, packaging and overall appeal. The positive reception is seen as a significant boost for the company’s diversification strategy beyond its traditional energy business.

A major attraction at the activation was the Lavix Soap range. The Lavix Beauty Soap was showcased in White, Rose, and Lavender variants, while the Lavix Multipurpose Soap was presented in Lemon and White variants. Consumers commended the products for their pleasant fragrances, rich lather, and effective cleansing properties.

Also drawing considerable attention was Masters Seasoning, which, the promoters said, is designed to enhance the taste and flavour of meals. Many consumers and food vendors expressed confidence in the product’s ability to meet household and commercial culinary needs.

Company representatives described the response from consumers and market stakeholders as “encouraging,” noting that it reflects growing acceptance and confidence in the new brands.

According to the company, Aba was selected as the first activation location because of its strategic position as one of Nigeria’s leading commercial centres and a key distribution hub in the South-East region. The successful activation is expected to provide momentum for wider market penetration as the products are introduced to other major markets across the country.

Officials of Masters Energy Group disclosed that plans are already underway to extend the activation campaign nationwide in order to increase brand visibility, strengthen distribution networks and deepen consumer engagement.

The company said the introduction of the Masters Seasoning and Lavix product range aligns with its broader vision of creating value across multiple sectors of the economy while supporting local manufacturing, employment generation and economic growth.

Industry observers believe the move positions Masters Energy Group as an emerging player in Nigeria’s FMCG industry while reinforcing its reputation as a diversified indigenous enterprise.

With further market activations planned in the coming months, the company expressed optimism that Masters Seasoning, Lavix Beauty Soap, and Lavix Multipurpose Soap will become trusted household brands across Nigeria.
