MasterChef Nigeria unveils judges, sponsors ahead of debut

Organisers of MasterChef Nigeria have unveiled the judges and sponsors for the maiden edition of the globally renowned cooking competition.

The unveiling ceremony, held at Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School in Gbagada, Lagos, introduced Power Oil as headline sponsor and Sonia as tactical sponsor. Produced by Primedia Group, the show marks Nigeria’s first adaptation of the international MasterChef franchise and aims to spotlight homegrown culinary talent.

Renowned chefs, Chef Eros and Chef Stone, will serve as co-judges, bringing their expertise and mentorship to the competition.

Supporting sponsors include Indomie, Malta Guinness, Coca-Cola and Flour Mills of Nigeria.  The winner will receive a N73 million grand prize and the title of Nigeria’s first MasterChef. The show is set to air on Africa Magic Showcase and Africa Magic Family.
