The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) has conferred its prestigious Fellowship on Dr. Ugochukwu Okorozoh, recognising him for his years of outstanding contributions to marketing education, public relations, and professional development in Nigeria.

The event, which took place during the Institute’s 2025 Annual Marketing Conference at CEEDAPEG Hotels in Uyo, saw 55 seasoned professionals inducted into the Fellowship cadre of the Institute, including celebrated comedian and cultural icon, Atunyota Akpobome, popularly known as Ali Baba.

Dr. Okorozoh, who currently serves as Chief Information and Public Relations Officer at the Projects Development Institute (PRODA), Enugu, described the recognition as “a humbling affirmation of the journey I have walked.”

“This Fellowship is a celebration of every lecture hall, every field project, and every community I’ve served. I dedicate this recognition to my family, especially my beloved wife, Umoh Alodia Okorozoh, and my mother, Hon. Mrs. McQueen Ngozi Okorozoh, whose prayers and sacrifices continue to sustain me,” he said.

Presided over by the Institute’s President Idorenyen Enang, FNIMN, the ceremony drew a crowd of marketing professionals, academics, and industry leaders from across Nigeria and beyond.
