Mamman: Convicted ex-power minister arrested by EFCC

Former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, who was recently convicted and sentenced by the Federal High Court, Abuja, for financial misappropriation, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Mamman’s arrest was revealed by EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede, who added that the ex-minister was apprehended on Tuesday around 3:30 am.

Olukoyede disclosed that Mamman was arrested alongside others who were protecting him.

The EFCC boss further shared that the house where Mamman was picked up is being investigated.
