The remains of Mama Emily Abebi Ogunbiyi (Née Olonade) who died on August 12 at the age of 90, will be laid to rest on Friday, October 20 in Agege, Lagos State.
According to funeral arrangements released by the family, a service of songs was held, in her honour, on October 7 at Block 2, Unit 5, Woolwich Dockyard and Industrial Estate, Woolwich Church Street, London. SE18 5PQ.
Also, a Christian Wake will be held at her residence at No. 8, Yomi Are Street, Off Jonathan Coker Road, Fagba, New Oko-Oba, Iju Agege, Lagos State on Thursday, October 19 at 5pm.
On Friday, October 20, 2023, a church service will be held at Methodist Church, Nigeria, Tabon-Tabon, Agege, Lagos State at 10am, after which her body will depart for interment.
Reception follows immediately at Plot 2, Abimbola Awoliyi Estate, Oko-Oba, near Abattoir, Agege, Lagos State.
Left to mourn her include children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
