The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde shall be the Special Guest of Honor at the lecture with the theme “Rekindling Shooting Stars glorious days“ to be delivered by former Director General of the National Sports Commission (DG), Dr Amos Adamu and former Nigeria Football Federation and Shooting Stars board member, Dr Felix Owolabi.
The lecture, which comes at the Lekan Salami Stadium Media Center on October 22, 2024 will also witness the Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Wasilat Adefemi Adegoke being a guest where the chairman of Shooting Stars, David Babatunde Olaniyan will be on ground even as Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja shall be the Royal Father of the day while the chairman of the Oluyole Warriors Supporters Club, Femi Ajala and Olufemi Okikiolu and Akinade Okediran shall also feature prominently.
