Lisa Hocker – A successful brand Ambassador 

Working with a direct selling company got Lisa Hocker her network marketing experiences that helped her hop on to the entrepreneurial journey she is currently pursuing. When Lisa first started working with her direct sales company, she was also practicing law while taking care of her four sons. As a consequence, juggling from one task to another became a challenge to her. To win this challenge and achieve all of her goals, Lisa developed a simple and efficient system for herself. 

She worked on her side hustle in a way that she only performed those actions that would eventually result in either someone purchasing her product or joining her team. Within the first 6-8 months, she had refined her daily methods of operation in such an amazing manner that people around her started getting curious. As she often held the position of the top recruiter, people started paying attention to her system to figure out how Lisa was able to achieve so much.

Lisa noticed that the majority of the women she worked with just didn’t have a daily method of operation or system. To help these women grow and increase their efficiency, she began teaching them. She also started training people on her team as well as those who were on her sideline teams where she didn’t earn any money. As a result, she became a Global Team Builder and built a team of over 750 people in just four years. Presently, she has built a team of consultants underneath her in all four countries that her company sells in: Canada, Japan, Australia, and the US. Nevertheless, Lisa’s team is still growing and expanding to more countries every year.

Lisa started her business, Direct AF, to teach people sales methods with her skills and own personal experiences. She compiled her system and approaches on growing a business into products like; a book called Direct AF Sales where she provides a daily system to entrepreneurs to dominate the network marketing profession, a Sales Dice that provides specific actionable tasks to perform every day, and a 14 video course to level up business strategies.
