President, Rotary Club of Lekki Novare, Lagos, Hilary Nwawulu, has praised market women, Sangotedo Market, Lekki, for persevering in their petty trade amid harsh weather and hard environmental conditions.
He encouraged them to keep working hard to support their immediate family families in particular and humanity at large.
He spoke at the club’s recent Economic/Women Empowerment. Twenty indigent women were identified within and around the market and cash donations were given to them as assistance.
