Suspected Lakurawa terrorists have killed two Customs officers and one local at Bachaka, a border community in Argungu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
Kebbi State Police Public Relations Officer(PPRO), SP Nafiu Abubakar, confirmed the attack , saying that the specific unit or formation of the slain Customs officers was yet to be determined.

According to him,“yes, there was an attack, which resulted in the killing of two yet-to-be-identified Customs officers and one native of Bachaka village,” he said.
It was gathered that the Kebbi State Commissioner of Police, CP Sani Bello, who visited the scene, reaffirmed the commitment of security forces to tackle the criminal elements tormenting the people of the area.
Sani, while addressing the villagers noted that the attackers’ actions were a sign of their weakening state due to sustained security operations, neutralizing their leaders.
