The Chairman of the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR Lagos), Dr Samuel Ayetutu, has called on public relations practitioners, agencies, and corporate communication teams to complete their entries early for the 2025 Lagos Public Relations Industry Gala and Awards (LaPRIGA).
Speaking on the importance of timely submissions, Dr Ayetutu emphasised that early preparation reflects professionalism and allows for better-quality presentations.
“My counsel is, be proactive. We urge all individuals, agencies, and corporate organisations to finalise their entries promptly to avoid the need for last-minute adjustments. Furthermore, we extend a special invitation to practitioners who have not participated before. This is your year to step into the spotlight and showcase your exceptional work,” he advised.
Ayetutu gave the advice in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, NIPR Lagos Chapter, Oguchukwu Okeke.
The statement read, “Now in its milestone 10th edition, LaPRIGA continues to serve as the flagship platform for recognising and celebrating innovation, creativity, and impact within Nigeria’s public relations industry.
“The 2025 edition, themed ‘Nox Excellentia’ (Night of Excellence), will spotlight outstanding achievements across more than 20 award categories.”
