Organisers of the Lagos Leadership Conference (LLC) 2026 have announced plans to host a three-day leadership summit aimed at raising a new generation of leaders committed to service, integrity and transformational impact.

The conference, themed “Leading Beyond Self,” is scheduled to hold from July 9 to July 11, 2026, in Lagos and is expected to attract business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, public servants, clergy, students and emerging leaders from across Nigeria and beyond.

According to the organisers, the conference will provide participants with practical leadership insights, mentorship opportunities and value-driven learning experiences designed to equip them with the skills and mindset required to lead effectively in their various spheres of influence.

Speaking on the vision behind the conference, Convener of the Lagos Leadership Conference and Head of RCCG Blessed Family, Pastor Charles Kpandei, said the event seeks to inspire leaders to embrace a leadership culture that prioritises service over personal ambition.

“The future belongs to leaders who understand that true leadership is not about self-promotion but about serving others, building institutions and creating sustainable change. Lagos Leadership Conference 2026 is a platform for inspiring and empowering such leaders,” he said.

The conference will feature a lineup of renowned speakers from the ministry and corporate sectors, including Dr. Emmanuel Ziga, President of Grace for All Nations Ministries International, United States; Rev. Dr. David Ogbueli, Senior Pastor and President of Dominion City International; Mr. Wale Oyedeji, Group Managing Director of FBN Holdings Plc; Dr. Solomon Kpandel, Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre; and Pastor Emmanuel Jones, Founder of the Jones Foundation.

The event will commence on Thursday, July 9, at 5:00 p.m., while sessions on Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, will begin at 9:00 a.m.

The venue is Resurrection Place, located at 1 Resurrection Drive, First Gate, Jakande Estate, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.

Attendance is free, but organisers stated that participation will be strictly by registration through the conference website.

The Lagos Leadership Conference is an annual platform dedicated to developing transformational leaders through inspiring conversations, practical leadership development, networking and mentorship opportunities.
