With the number of registered voters and record of collected Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) for the 2019 general elections, some states will literally determine the possible outcome of today’s polls.
The states which includes Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Rivers, Delta, Bauchi, Benue, Oyo, Plateau, Anambra, Enugu and Imo have the highest number of PVCs collected compared to others in the country.
