Lagos State Baales Forum (traditional community leaders forum) has officially launched its strategic grassroots blueprint aimed at securing a landslide victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Lagos State Deputy Governor and governorship candidate for the All Progressives Congress in Lagos, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, and all other candidates in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
The convener of the forum, Dr Seyi Bamigbade, disclosed this during the Badagry Division Pre-Election Public Engagement and Stakeholders Strategic Blueprinting Meeting.
The high-level political gathering brought together traditional chiefs (Baales) and paramount rulers (Obas) from across the Badagry Division to align on mobilisation strategies.
Speaking at the event, Bamigbade emphasised that the traditional institution is uniquely structured to drive effective grassroots mobilisation.
He noted that the forum has already established dedicated unit coordinators across all polling booths in Lagos State to ensure a thorough and seamless campaign.

“We are starting early because our target is absolute victory. We are determined to deliver the highest voter turnout in Lagos and the entire Southwest region for the APC. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has performed exceptionally well for humanity and has driven significant development across Nigeria since taking office.
‘’It is our duty to support the continuation of this progress. The forum understands that early preparation is vital to avoiding voter apathy.’’
Bamigbade called on all community leaders, polling booth canvassers and stakeholders to actively engage their neighbourhoods to guarantee a massive turnout on election day.
The forum reaffirmed its unwavering loyalty to the APC leadership, promising that its network of traditional structures will work tirelessly day and night to secure victory at every polling unit across the state.
