The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives in Lagos Mainland, Hon. Kazeem Adekunle Omolaja (popularly known as KK Omolaja), has called on party members to remain united and committed to ensuring victory for all APC candidates in the forthcoming general election.

Omolaja made the appeal while addressing members at the Mainland Voice Meeting of Ward E (Oyingbo), where he stressed the need for party cohesion following the conclusion of the party’s primary elections.

The candidate elect urged members to set aside any grievances arising from the primaries and to work collectively towards strengthening the party’s chances at the polls.

According to him, the APC’s success in future elections depends largely on the ability of its members to remain focused on the party’s common goals rather than on individual interests.

“The primary election is a family affair, and once it is concluded, we must come together as one united APC family. Victory at the general election can only be achieved through unity, cooperation and unwavering support for all our candidates,” he said.

Omolaja expressed confidence that aspirants who did not emerge victorious during the primary elections would demonstrate sportsmanship and loyalty by supporting the party’s flagbearers.

He noted that every member has a critical role to play in mobilising support for the APC at the grassroots level, adding that collective efforts would guarantee electoral success.

The APC candidate elect further charged party faithful to remain calm, steadfast and dedicated to the party’s ideals, while intensifying mobilisation efforts across communities and wards.

He maintained that unity remains the party’s greatest strength and urged members to work hand in hand to secure a resounding victory for APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Party members at the meeting reportedly pledged their continued support for the APC and reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the party’s success at the polls.
