KIA Motors Nigeria, a leading global automobile manufacturer, has reiterated its unwavering commitment to supporting sports development in Nigeria.
The assurance was given by the Marketing Manager, KIA Motors Nigeria, Omolade Akinyode, on Saturday, during the 10th Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, which her company supported as the auto partner.
According to the Marketing Manager, “Our company’s dedication to promoting health and sports initiatives is unshakeable. We have consistently supported the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon for over eight years, demonstrating our long-term commitment to sports development in Nigeria.”

The 10th Access Bank Lagos City Marathon since its inception has attracted participants from four countries with a staggering 60,000 registered athletes taking to the streets of Lagos, covering an impressive 42,000 kilometers and reinforcing the marathon’s place in the global athletic calendar.
Recently, KIA Motors partnered with Access Bank to promote vehicle affordability, having released a good number of luxury electric vehicles, CNG cars, and buses to the Nigerian Market.
This special event highlighted the enduring partnership between Kia Motors Nigeria and the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, Africa’s biggest one-day sporting event. In recognition of our unwavering support and contribution, we received a plaque of appreciation, a symbol of shared milestones and achievements.
