The Chief Executive Officer of Sublime Industries, Sublime Hotels and Sublime Star Pharmaceuticals, Chief Kelvin Jombo Onumah, has congratulated Chief David Ogba Onuoha Bourdex over his appointment by the Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti as the Mayor of Ohafia Local Government Area.
