We defected to APC based on ideology – Gubernatorial candidate

The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kebbi State alongside 34 candidates contesting for various political positions including Senatorial and House of Representatives candidates have defected to All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
While receiving the defectors in Birnin Kebbi at the APC campaign office, the State Governor, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, commended them for taking a bold step in order to move the party and the state forward.
According to him, “we are not too many in the party as our huge number will be our strength and advantageous to vote our chosen candidates and move the party and state forward.”
