Wife of Katsina State All Progressives Congress (APC), gubernatorial candidate, Hajiya Fatima Radda, has launched a “house to house” campaign for the election of her husband, Dr. Umar Radda, in the 2023 poll.
She urged the people of Katsina to rally round and vote APC during the polls saying the party would improve the fortunes of women and children and other promises of improved welfare to electorates.
“This appeal has become imperative in order to sustain and improve on the positive impact of the APC administration in the state. The APC will introduce more viable projects that will take the state to greater heights. I assure you that if given the mandate, the APC administration will tackle issues of vulnerable children and also address infant mortality alongside malnutrition, among others,” she said.
Hajiya Fatima also launched a project of empowering over 5, 000 women and youth groups with start-up capital for small and medium scale businesses across the 34 local government areas of the state.
