Arrangements have been concluded by the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA) to commence its ‘2nd Public Complaint Week’ programme.

In a statement issued to the press by the Public Relations Executive (PRE) of the Authority, Nuhu Garba Dan’ayamaka stated that preparations have been made by KASUPDA to hold the programme scheduled for this week.

The Director General of the Authority, Abdurrahman Yahya, explained that the ‘Public Complaint Week’ is organised to listen to and address all complaints, questions, and suggestions in order to enhance better service delivery to the public.

“The programme will serve as an opportunity for the general public to meet physically with the Authority and other sister agencies, so as to lay their complaints, suggestions, and other necessary recommendations that will assist in improving the Authority’s performance and resolving issues for the greatness of Kaduna State.

“In the light of this, the Authority wishes to inform, invite, and encourage the general public to fully participate in the interactive session so as to enable KASUPDA to work towards a more developed and prosperous Kaduna State,” the statement added.
