….Says Justice Nyako is bias

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its leadership worldwide have rejected the use of Sharia law as ruled by Justice Binta Nyako of Abuja High Court handling the case its leader Mr. Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafran agitators.
The group noted that it can never allow the Sharia law to prevail upon the Christians in Nigeria.
A statement by the Media and Publicity Secretary of IPOB Mr. Emma Powerful wondered why Justice Nyako who ruled against the secret trial will turn around and proclaim to allow the masquerades to testify against our leader Nnamdi Kanu and others.
The statement read in part: “The judgment in today’s court proves to the entire world that Nigeria government and Justice Binta Nyako are bias.”
“Nigerians should stop the Islamisation of Nigeria, how can the justice Binta Nyako who ruled against the secret trial will turn around and proclaim to allow the masquerades to testify against our leader maxi Nnamdi Kanu and others”.
“We are not going to allow the Sharia aw to prevail upon the Christians in Nigeria. Everybody should stand up now before it too late”
“We advised them to stop embarrassing themselves in the face of international community and other good governments in the world”.
“The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB Mr. Nnamdi Kanu with three others detained illegally alongside him were in court presided over by Justice Binta Nyako between him and federal government of Nigeria.
“The un-tribalistic leader of IPOB were condemning the continued detention of Nigeria citizens both the Muslims and Christians in DSS security secret cells, Abuja.
“He however made mention of many Nigerians detained in DSS Secret Cell For Over Five Years Without Trial.
“Nnamdi Kanu Speaks On Behalf of Five Hausa Men and many others such as Believe Ideri, Bright Chimezie, etc. You can watch the video,” he stated.
