Delegates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the 484 wards and 44 LGAs of Kano State have endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the sole candidate of the party in the 2027 elections.
The resolution was decided at the end of a three- day party’s stakeholders meeting, convened by the former National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in Kano.
Speaking to the media on the development, Ganduje explained that the party officials at the grassroots have been to directed to return back home to their respective wards and LGAs to make pronouncements on the endorsement of President Tinubu and drum support for the President.

Ganduje also said that they have directed the party’s executive at the Local Government and ward areas to ensure that their offices are physically accessible and functionally operational ahead of the 2027 political activity.
Ganduje also remarked that the party has distributed sets of computer machines to their local offices to ensure an effective electronic registration of their members, recalling that during the previous electronic registration exercise, Kano State APC recorded the highest number of new party registrants.
The former APC National Chairman also prayed urged members to take advantage of the on- going INEC registration and revalidation of PVCs, saying that efforts should be made to register new members who have reached the age of 18 years and validate the data of already registered members
Daily Sun reports that the high profile stakeholders meeting was attended by the party’s state executive members, party’s elected members and the party’s governorship candidate in the 2023 elections, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna. End.
