The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested a suspected notorious kidnapper Abdulrahman Karshi.
The suspect was arrested by the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the command .
The suspect was arrested in possession of an AK-47 rifle along with 27 rounds of live ammunition in Karshi.

Kaduna state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) ASP Mansir Hassan told Daily Sun that upon interrogation, Karshi confessed to being involved in several kidnappings in Ikara Local Government Area of the state.
The PPRO said, “Further investigations are ongoing, and the suspect will be prosecuted upon the completion of preliminary investigations,” he added.
Meanwhile, the state Commissioner of Police, Audu Ali Dabigi commended the officers who arrested the suspect for their exemplary work and assured the public of the command’s unwavering commitment to the protection of life and property in the state.
