President Bola Tinubu arrived in Makurdi, the capital of Benue, on Wednesday, following the outcry over killings in the state.
Per online reports, Tinubu will visit the affected Yelwata community located in the Guma Local Government Area of the state.
The president arrived at the Tactical Air Command, Nigerian Air Force Base, Makurdi, at about 12:58 pm.
Other News
He will meet major stakeholders in the state over the terrorist attacks that have resulted in the loss of many lives.
A public holiday was also declared for Tinubu’s visit.
