Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has presented 2019 budget size of N367 billion to House of Assembly for consideration and passage.
Christened ‘Budget of Sustainable Growth’ the breakdown shows a recurrent expenditure of N157 billion and capital expenditure of N209 billion.

Under the economy sector, road infrastructure and education are top on the priority list of the state government with estimates of N79.6 billion for roads, and N26.8 billion for education.
